STEP 01

Discovery Meeting

During our initial meeting, we will get to know you and your situation so we can best advise you going forward. We will gather any pertinent information for the application and to determine which documentation to request.

STEP 02

Document Collection + Credit Review

Following our initial meeting, we will request the necessary documentation for the application. We offer flexible means of collection to make it convenient for you.
We will also request consent to check and review your credit report.

STEP 03

Application Submission

We structure your file, package it up for the appropriate lender, and submit it to them for approval.

STEP 04

Lender Review

The lender reviews the submitted application and documentation. We work hand-in-hand with the lender to ensure they have all of the information they need and answer any questions in a timely manner.

STEP 05

Approval!

Once your application is approved, the lender will issue a Commitment Letter with the terms of the mortgage. We will review this together and gather any additional documentation/information for the lender, if required.

STEP 06

Funding

Once all of the conditions of your approval have been met, the lender will instruct your lawyers and prepare for funding.
At this time, you can put your feet up and wait until the lawyers contact you for the legal signing.
